The local community of Roxby Downs offers modern amenities and facilities.The Olympic Dam Mine Data team provides essential data for forecasting, planning, and performance tracking. The role requires high attention to detail due to large volumes of data processed daily.Location: Olympic Dam, South Australia (FIFO or Residential options available)Roster: 7 days on; 7 days offDepartment: Mine DataManager: Lead - Mine DataEmployment Type: PermanentIn The Role You Will:Enter large volumes of data daily into the BHP database.Complete scheduled tasks promptly with proper prioritization.Provide administrative support, including sorting, scanning, filing, and shredding.Assist in projects and tasks assigned by the Mine Data Team.Identify and explore process improvements.Check, edit, and manipulate data in Excel.About You:Strong written communication and computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.Team player capable of maintaining effective relationships within the team and with customers.Exposure to BHP systems like Centric, CITEOPS, and understanding of BHP Operating System (BOS) is advantageous but not mandatory.Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Previous data entry experience is highly regarded.Our Recruitment Process:We are committed to hiring individuals aligned with BHP''s values.
