Youll work closely with our senior legal and commercial team to support the delivery of major projects, helping clients navigate complex issues and keep things moving.Whether its reviewing contracts, advising on project risks or dabbling in project delivery, youll be right there with the team not watching from the sidelines.What Youll Be DoingYoull support our clients on large-scale construction projects, helping manage legal risk and drive successful outcomes. Working alongside senior legal and project delivery professionals, your work will include:Advising on project delivery strategies and construction contractsAssisting with risk analysis and advising clients on mitigation approachesPreparing and reviewing key project documents, including notices, claims, and reportsAttending client meetings and building strong working relationshipsCollaborating with commercial, operational, and external stakeholders to ensure our clients interests are front and centreWhat Were Looking ForWe''re looking for a good human someone who is curious, proactive, accountable, and wants to make a difference.You might be coming from a law firm, a government agency, or in-house what matters most is that you''re eager to learn, ready to be challenged, and excited by the idea of getting closer to the real-world outcomes of your legal advice.Youll also bring:2+ years post-admission legal experience, either in practice or inhouseA strong understanding of commercial law (ideally with experience in construction, major projects, or infrastructure).Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, can-do attitude and a desire to build strong relationshipsAn interest in learning the commercial side of project delivery, not just the legal sideAbout Source ProjectsSource Projects is a proud part of HPX Group, where our mission is to find a better path for our people, our clients, and our communities.Were not a traditional law firm, and we dont want to be.
