We encourage their business growth and support their personal journeys because our customers depend upon the resilience and courage of experienced bankers like you to guide them through challenges and develop long-term, trusted partnerships.Possible locations: Pakenham, Warragul, Healesville, Leongatha, Wonthaggi, Cowes.Be supported to grow your career at NAB.Make a real difference for our customers and communities.Join a team of high performing individuals.In this Small Business Banker role, you willUndertake sales related requirements for a portfolio of Small Business Agri & Diversified customers.Build relationships with Business Partners to create and action new business opportunities and support our customers.Action and manage Salesforce opportunities & national leads.Increase our customers Mybank footprint and undertake retention activities for existing customers.Perform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses/increased limit requirements.Provide coaching, lead actions and role model great behaviours across the broader business.Manage lending and product requests for small business customers.Understand customers business needs to provide holistic banking solutions.Increase the portion of Mybank customers within the portfolio through interactions and referrals.Accountable for managing customer complaints and escalations until resolution.Coach and develop less experienced bankers within the team and develop associates.Drive customer portfolio risk and compliance.Establish and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders (Retail, NAB Partners, and other Business Partners).What Youll BringA genuine passion for customer service.Experience in a lending role.Experience managing customer relationships and the credit process.A strong financial/business acumen.Problem solving, time management, critical thinking and negotiation skills.A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
