We assist clients to reduce their risk of a cyber compromise through the delivery of risk considered controls.As a part of the ongoing maturity of Triskele Labs, we are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager.Triskele Labs are one of the last remaining boutiques in Australia. We are currently the largest CREST Registered Penetration Testing company in Melbourne and one of the only boutiques to run a 24x7x365 Security Operations Team completely onshore. We have a goal of growing through build and acquisition, not selling out and becoming another one of the numbers.RequirementsAs we embark on our next phase of growth, we are expanding our sales team with a strategic focus on national growth. Our goal is to become the default option for clients seeking a trusted partner to guide them on their cybersecurity journey. Join us as we continue to build our reputation as the premier cybersecurity provider in Australia.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy to strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring customer retention and growthManage and nurture long-term relationships with high-value, strategic accounts, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering solutionsIdentify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accountsMonitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure continued partnership and successCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies for key accountsLead negotiations for renewals, service-level agreements, and contract modifications, ensuring mutually beneficial termsTrack and manage key account performance, including setting KPIs and reporting on client status and forecasts to senior managementRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to build and maintain a strong network and Provide regular insights and feedback to improve client engagement strategies and identify potential risks to client retention.Knowledge & SkillsMinimum of 5 years'' experience in business development with experience in the cybersecurity or IT industry.Proven track record in account management and achieving sales targets.Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.BenefitsWe remain one of the last remaining boutiques where our team and customers mean something.We build meaningful relationships with our customers where they are not just an invoice number.We believe in a kick ass company culture where you love what you do and are not sitting watching the clock.We have each other''s back and do not throw each other under the bus.
