Join or sign in to find your next jobJoin to apply for the Service Delivery Manager - Baggage role at dnata1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Service Delivery Manager - Baggage role at dnataOVERALL PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONThe Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end dnata Baggage Services and our clients to ensure efficient and effective service that exceeds expectations.Location: Melbourne Airport VIC 3045Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and delivery of client-centric, commercially focused operations, including managing work areas and monitoring Ground Handling Agreements and Service Level Agreements.Manage, develop, and mentor team members to achieve high performance and service excellence.Engage with stakeholders to meet diverse expectations and demands.Develop and implement communication plans and business strategies to foster a customer-centric culture.Manage rosters and budgets to ensure cost-effective and quality outcomes.Develop and monitor business processes and SOPs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and company policies.Provide quality metrics and reports on key business issues.Promote a positive safety culture within the team.OH&S Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with dnata OHS policies and legislative requirements.Maintain a safety-focused culture and adhere to safety procedures.Participate in accident investigations and manage safety of facilities and equipment.Essential Criteria:Extensive leadership experience with a customer-focused approach.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships.Experience in regulated industries with compliance management.Business acumen, including financial and budget management.Ability to work rotating shifts 24/7 as required.Additional Details:Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Project Management and ITIndustry: Airlines and Aviation #J-18808-Ljbffr
