As a Lead Business Consultant, you will actively contribute to the ABOR service line to enhance implementation expertise and the know-how of ABOR consultants within our market unit and beyond.You will typically work full-time on implementation projects, applying your expertise in ABOR. Lead Business Consultants are highly skilled professionals who are part of our Professional Services team, working within Consulting Services and based within the market units. The main purpose of this role is to provide expert advice and functional delivery in the successful deployment of SimCorp Dimension within a clients environment.What you will be responsible forYour responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage one or more business-related workstreams independently in the implementation project, including task identification, dependency management, and resource estimation, providing status updates to the Project Manager for overall project planningAct as project leader for small to mid-sized SimCorp Dimension projectsFacilitate requirements gathering workshops and training sessions at new or existing clients in business-related areasDocument client requirements and map them to SimCorp Dimension functions and processes, identifying improvements where possibleProvide configuration and end-user training to enable clients to maintain and optimize their use of SimCorp DimensionServe as the key contact for clients regarding questions about SimCorp DimensionMentor less experienced colleagues on the jobIdentify opportunities to offer tailored services beyond the project scope as a trusted advisorContribute to the improvement of implementation best practices and promote topics across projectsWhat we valueWe value your ability to thrive and contribute in this role. Your background is less critical than your proficiency and eagerness to learn in the following areas:Degree or master''s in Finance, Economics, or AccountingProven experience and knowledge of accounting standards/regulations such as IFRS9, USGAAP, TaxRelevant experience in Asset Management (ABOR)Several years supporting SimCorp Dimension solutions in areas like Investment/Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, ReconciliationsWillingness to expand knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and client businesses for optimal configuration and workflowResult-driven, creative, analytical with a global perspectiveExcellent communication skills and proficiency in EnglishExperience with implementing and configuring financial software, ideally SimCorp DimensionStrong ownership and accountabilityFlexibility for travel, as we operate as an APAC organizationBenefits:SimCorp offers various benefits, which may vary by country.
