The Tax and Legal team brings our purpose to life by combining technical expertise and industry knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver solutions from idea to execution.This role requires a seasoned Senior Business Partner to work closely with the Tax and Legal Leadership team and act as an alternate for the People & Culture Director on strategic projects or during their absence.Youll help solve complex problems using your skills in:HR business partnering, with extensive experience working at Senior Leadership level in a Senior HRBP role.Transformation and change management within large, complex organizations.Providing strategic and commercial advice to senior stakeholders.Executing People & Culture strategies and initiatives.Your impact in the Tax and Legal team will be demonstrated by:Overseeing and supporting complex people matters.Driving key people activities such as performance, talent processes, and workforce design.Building trusted relationships with senior leaders and teams.Partnering with leaders to identify and enable projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.Monitoring progress against the people plan, providing data and insights for decision-making.Collaborating with Firmwide colleagues and Centres of Excellence.Coaching and managing workload for portfolio-aligned Business Partners.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers committed to developing innovative solutions through curiosity, collaboration, and challenging the status quo.
