We are seeking aSenior Property Underwriterto join our Melbourne team, focusing on ISR property business, including new business and renewals.ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite complex new business and renewals following the AAL Underwriting Framework, ASU, and delegated authority limits.Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to regional underwriters, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team.Manage workflows for complex accounts to ensure quality service and alignment with growth and profitability goals.Identify and convert profitable new business opportunities while maintaining strong broker relationships.Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing accurate risk assessments and escalation recommendations.About YouQualifications in a relevant discipline, industry accreditations, and extensive experience in commercial underwriting within a complex, matrixed insurance organization.
