Job Title

The purpose of the Transaction Management Analyst role is to provide robust financial modelling and analysis, evaluate client leasing options through qualitative and quantitative data, and assist in preparing and updating reports and presentations to ensure optimal transaction outcomes.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Analyse and evaluate options and provide recommendations based on facts and data.Conduct financial modelling for shortlisted opportunities.Assist in preparing client presentation documents.Manage and update Lease Outcomes/Savings reports.Prepare Market Assessments and Lease Summaries of key lease terms.Monitor and analyze key demographic and economic trends within assigned geographic markets.Report on key developments and provide forward-looking insights to Leasing Executives and Transaction Managers.Assist with adhoc client reporting requests.Collect market and comparable evidence of leased sites.Manage and update Critical Date reports within the MIS to ensure transactions are captured and updated accurately.Background and ExperienceRecent graduates with a degree in Property, Real Estate, or related fields are encouraged to apply.Experience in commercial real estate and leasing is desirable.Market knowledge within the relevant geographical area is desirable.Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications & Technical SkillsTertiary qualification in real estate, finance, or a related discipline preferred.Attention to detail, planning, and organization skills.Strong time management and data management skills.Preferred RequirementsJoining Cushman & Wakefield offers:Partnership with a growing global company committed to Diversity and Inclusion.An opportunity to transition into a corporate setting, broadening your experience.We believe in a future where everyone belongs and actively support inclusive causes every day.
