Typical projects include:Board level growth strategy , customer strategy,commercial due diligence , acquisition and investment strategy andvalue creation projectsM&A advisory we provide a full range of M&A and corporate development & structuring advisory services with a focus on private equity and the lower mid-market. Typical projects include:buy-side deal advisory(e.g. investment case modelling and IC papers, deal management and negotiations),deal origination , sell-side deal advisory (e.g. investment memorandum creation, sell-side deal management) andcapital raisingWhile more of our work is in strategy consulting, M&A advisory forms an important part of our client services and our projects frequently combine elements of both.
