The Opportunity A newly created role as a result of the build of our Licensed Sales team, the role of Promotions Specialist is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the mechanics behind product promotions. Working closely with our Sales, Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) teams you will develop core skills to further develop a career in any one of these fields. Key responsibilities include:- Enter, update and maintain accurate sales data in excel spreadsheets and databases Perform data validation, cleaning and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy Data input of promotional information into customer and internal systems in advance of go-live period Processing of customer, financial claims as part of the promotional deal Review of sales data to provide analysis to Sales on promotional effectiveness post promotion period what worked well, to assist decision making for the future Whats in your toolkit You could be a recent graduate with a natural flair for data and excel or have work experience where data and attention to detail in data entry & analysis are both key areas of expertise where not looking for years of experience here, this role is a platform role that will see your career develop further in an exciting and fast-paced industry. Naturally well organised, you will call on these skills to manage multiple time-based/deadline driven tasks. You will have well developed written and verbal communication skills to deliver your analytical insights.
