You''ll work side-by-side with your team whilst bringing a little good to everyone, every day.What You''ll DoComplete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays and team room and emptying binsCollecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areasWork across departments to deliver specific cleaning needsHelp our customers in store by answering questions or providing directionsFull training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make your job easier and saferWhat You''ll BringAn ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people to a promising role with room to grow your careerPhysical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasksAbility to stand for long periods and lift loads between 5-10kgsFlexibility to work in different environments such as the shop floor, fridges, freezers and carparksAvailability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pmA good eye for cleanliness and small detailsNote: Woolworths Group is an inclusive, team-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
