About The Job Number Of Positions Available: 3 Broadmeadows Salvos Stores are seeking passionate part-time sales assistants who love retail, enjoy challenges, and want to make a difference. You will support the Store Manager with daily operations and create an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community. You Will Assist With Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices Collecting, sorting, and pricing donations Developing and coordinating visual merchandising and store presentation Providing exceptional customer service Displaying stock correctly and following policies Adhering to Occupational Health and Safety policies Demonstrating TSA core values Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock and donations About You Previous retail experience is valued but not essential. Your passion and ability to deliver outstanding results in retail are key. You are energetic, hands-on, and have a strong customer service record. You align with our mission and values and are flexible to work across various locations, including weekends. Excellent communication and technical skills are desirable.
