You''ll play a vital role in ensuring our participants receive consistent, high-quality care through effective rostering and admin support.If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-centred environment and have experience with NDIS rostering, wed love to hear from you.Permanent or job-sharing opportunities available for the successful candidate!Key ResponsibilitiesRostering & Administration:Oversee and maintain systems, policies, and procedures for efficient day-to-day hub operationsBe the first point of contact for Auscares direct supports service, Auscare AssistEnsure operations reflect Auscares values and comply with NDIS standardsWorkforce Planning & Coordination:Build and manage rosters to match participant needs with available, qualified staffCollaborate with HR on onboarding, training, and staff deploymentTrack staff availability and ensure adequate coverageCompliance & Quality:Stay updated on NDIS and Fair Work requirements, applying necessary operational changesConduct routine audits and quality checks to uphold standardsProblem Solving & Support:Manage last-minute changes or conflicts in rostering with care and professionalismOffer innovative, participant-focused solutions when challenges ariseReporting & Improvement:Monitor and report on service metrics, including participant satisfaction and complianceUse data insights to enhance rostering efficiency and workforce planningStakeholder Engagement:Build strong relationships with participants, families, support staff, and partnersCollaborate cross-functionally to align service goalsContinuous Improvement:Regularly review and refine systems to drive efficiency and qualityChampion initiatives that improve the participant and employee experienceWhat Youll BringEssentialExperience in NDIS or disability sector rostering and administrationKnowledge of NDIS frameworks, SCHADS Award, and employment legislationExcellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to inclusion and equityPositive, proactive attitudeValid Working With Children Check (WWCC)NDIS Worker Screening CheckDesirable:Experience with platforms like Shiftcare or NDIS-specific CRMsWhy Work with Auscare?Inclusive, purpose-led workplace cultureCareer development and learning opportunitiesA real chance to make a difference in the communityAn organisation that truly values lived experienceWe strongly encourage applications from people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
