It has led us to grow to a team of over 250 across four locations, and we are proud to be consistently recognised as one of Australia''s best places to work.Our accolades include being rated Top 50 Places to Work in Australia, 2019 & 2020 Employer of Choice Award, AFR Best Places to Work, 2021 and FITSummit Boutique of the Year 2022 and 2023.Over the next 18 months, the company will open 6 new locations which will provide an unprecedented opportunity to join a dynamic growing business, and we want Great Humans to join us on this journey.WHAT ARE WE?At One Playground, we are committed to creating the best gyms, not the most gyms.We are a new kind of gym, a super-boutique, giving members complete access to a one-stop-shop of fitness and wellness.Our mission is to defy expectations by offering award-winning designs, fostering connected communities, providing a wide range of classes, and employing exceptional individuals who are passionate about what they do.Alongside our purpose to Inspire Change, One Playground has a strong set of 6 core values.We are One Team, of Great Humans, who get Better Every Day, working on Mastering Our Craft, so we can Design the Future and, most importantly, Do Cool Sh*t!If this sounds like a workplace culture that resonates with you, we would love you to apply to become part of the team.THE ROLEOur Personal Trainers are at the heart of our business because great coaches are one of the keys to members feeling satisfied and getting results.The primary purpose of the role is to deliver one-on-one personal training sessions delivering excellent service, enhancing member experience and contributing to One Playgrounds strong brand and culture.This Successful Applicant WillBe a leader on the gym floor amongst the team of Personal Trainers.Be able to deal with more complex situations and clients, with special and diverse needs.Have knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans and programs according to each clients needs.Help clients develop short and long-term goals, and introduce them to personal training packages to build a healthy client base.Analyse client behaviour and clients abilities to create workouts that are safe for the client to replicate.Support the development, design and delivery of members programs.Train and assist clients in reaching their individual goals.Deliver a minimum of 35-40 coaching sessions to One Playground members each week.Give advice on nutrition, health and lifestyle changes, where suitable.Maintain a healthy client base, in line with the role targets and goals of One Playground.Lead group fitness classes, when necessary.Customer ServiceManage the gym floor to create a safe environment for members.Engage with Members on the gym floor to enhance their gym experience.Nurture relationships with clients, other members and team members.AdministrationGenerate and submit performance reports on a fortnightly basis.Recording and creating reports of each clients progress.Keep and maintain client programs securely, and up to date.Manage client accounts, to ensure payments and billing are accurate.Continual DevelopmentStay on top of the latest trends, education and literature to ensure you provide great client service and advice.Attend weekly development meetings and complete required training.Complete online education courses, in order to continue improving your skills.About YouLove working in a team environment alongside other Great Humans.Exceptional communication and service skills.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Passion for learning and ongoing development.Constant searching for opportunities to grow, develop, and perform beyond expectations.Unique ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with others.Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in the industry in a similar roleMinimum Cert IV in Fitness qualificationFirst Aid & CPRPublic Liability & Indemnity InsuranceWhat''s In It For YouWork in a world-class gym environment like no other.Join a company thats going through rapid growth.A clearly defined career progression plan to accommodate your ambitions and development.And of course, a great starting base salary plus Superannuation alongside the capacity to earn bonuses and increase your earnings over time.For us it doesnt matter if you have less experience or more;
