It is a space for sharing innovative ideas and transformational research grounded in our ways of knowing, being and doing.About The RoleAs a Session Chair and Conference Support Officer, you will be responsible for both chairing and hosting the delivery of conference sessions. This includes formally introducing speakers, managing timekeeping, facilitating respectful audience engagement, monitoring session flow and ensuring smooth transitions between presenters. You will also host sessions by assisting speakers, overseeing room readiness, coordinating with AV support and managing any logistical needs that arise during the session.The role requires you to be well prepared, punctual and proactive; reviewing session materials in advance, arriving early to check setup and responding quickly to in-room changes. Whether chairing or hosting, you will play a key part in delivering a professional and welcoming experience for delegates and presenters.
