Calling all locals looking for a short weekday volunteering role and a fun way to meet others and give back.HammondCare Daw Park is looking for a Volunteer Bus Driver on a Monday or Wednesday morning. In this role you will be the friendly face of the bus outing, helping drive Residents around the local area, possibly stopping to enjoy morning tea or a visit to a park. You will be accompanied by qualified care staff who will look after the residents care needs on and off the bus.You''ll suit this role if you are comfortable to:- Be a safe and confident driver to assist staff during bus outings- Half day excursions- Provide social support and interact during activities- If you feel this is a good match for you, we''d like to hear from you.Your impactVolunteering as a Minibus Volunteer can be a rewarding experience, both for the people you interact with as well as yourself.
