What you will do: Answer incoming calls promptly and respond to customer inquiries. Provide customers with accurate information. Process sales orders into Pronto. About the ideal candidate: Previous customer service or purchasing experience is advantageous, but more important is enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, and being a great team player. The ability to work autonomously and as part of an effective team. Capability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
