Our new Lismore space, timbr, opened in Dec 2022 and has become a popular coffee destination for a diverse community. We aim to build a team that will oversee the coffee quality program, drive professionalism, and enjoy their work.We are proud of our diverse and supportive team who enjoy our beans, brews, and positive environment. We are expanding our direct coffee trade relationships in Papua New Guinea, supporting socially driven projects in the Eastern Highlands Province. Our space includes retail components and a First Nations library showcase, with an interest in conversations about their content and purpose.Tasks & responsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of coffee quality assurance, including collaboration with the roasting team.Dial in coffee, create brew recipes, and maintain service standards.Work alongside the roaster to develop profiles.Ensure high-quality service and efficient shop operations.Qualifications & experience2-3 years of Barista experienceAccredited Barista TrainingSupervisor or management experienceRetail experience is a plusPlease remember: Do not share your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
