Belong at Home (CHC) is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and solutions-focused person to join our team as a Senior Scheduler.Belong at Home is a highly respected not-for-profit local organization providing a range of services to older people and their carers throughout the South West of WA, with offices in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, Collie, Donnybrook, and Bridgetown. This full-time role is based in Bunbury with a requirement to work alternate weekends as part of a 38-hour week.As a key member of the Bunbury team, you will have excellent communication skills, an empathetic attitude, and an understanding of older people, being solution-focused.Role & ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to service requests, prioritizing scheduling actions.Respect and incorporate client preferences and choices in planning.Follow guidelines to address concerns with client issues reported.Maintain regular communication with stakeholders via phone or in person.Respond promptly to scheduling concerns related to complaints or cancellations.Conduct weekly reviews and audits of schedules across six sites to ensure compliance with SCHADS Award.Provide training, support, and guidance for Schedulers across all sites as needed.Support project-driven initiatives where required.Represent Belong at Home professionally and positively at all times.Contribute to team meetings with ideas for continuous improvement.Your Skills & ExperienceExperience in a scheduling position within aged care or a similar setting is required.Proficiency in using internal databases and the Microsoft Office Suite.Proven administrative experience and data entry skills.Understanding of WHS and experience managing workplace health and safety.Knowledge of issues related to aged care.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Previous leadership experience is preferred.Benefits include working for a well-respected not-for-profit aged care provider committed to supporting older people to live independently in their homes and community, being part of a dynamic team, living in the beautiful South West of WA, and access to NFP salary packaging arrangements.
