Our portfolio includes some of Australias iconic wharves, jetties, and marinas.We are seeking skilled and experienced Mechanical Technicians to join our professional team on a full-time, permanent basis. We value trustworthy individuals with integrity who will bring a positive, can-do attitude to both the role and the team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform regular scheduled maintenance on a range of vehicles or equipment.Use computerized diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.Repair and replace worn or defective parts, and reassemble mechanical components referring to service manuals as needed.Develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns.Test and adjust mechanical parts after repairs for proper performance.Complete and maintain service and inspection documentation to ensure compliance.Inspect vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates or detail work required for roadworthiness.Respond to vehicle or equipment breakdown service calls.Maintain a tidy work environment and adhere to health and safety regulations.Qualifications and Skills:Trade qualification as a Mechanical Technician or equivalent.Strong mechanical knowledge of a wide variety of vehicles and equipment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.Strong diagnostic abilities.Self-motivated, organized, punctual, and reliable.Good work ethics.If you meet the above criteria and are interested in this position, please apply now!
