The Role As the Training Coordinator at the Pakenham site, you will support the development and delivery of learning programs for the manufacturing teams across our 3-shift operation. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager - Pakenham, your responsibilities include: Developing and facilitating in-house training sessions and programs. Maintaining the skills matrix for the production department and other functions. Conducting training needs analysis and assessments. Recommending targeted training programs. Leading and coordinating the online site safety induction program. Updating production, logistics, and maintenance SOPs regularly. Supporting and developing internal line trainers. The Person Ideal candidates will have experience as a trainer or training coordinator in a manufacturing or operational environment, preferably within FMCG.
