They represent several globally renowned brands and provide sales, service and parts offerings to customers in Gunnedah and the wider Namoi Valley community.About the roleStep into the fast-paced world of automotive service as a key player in our team! As a Service Advisor, youll manage the customer journey from start to finish. From booking customers in and receiving their cars on the day, to following up after repairs are completed and everything in-between. Service advisors are the heart of the service department; being the main point of contact between the customer, technical and parts teams, this role requires strong organisation and communication skills and a customer centric attitude.DutiesScheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issuesKeep a close eye on the progress through the workshop.Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairsMaintain contact with customers throughout the dayUpdate and quote customers on recommended repairsOrdering parts accordinglyEnsuring the customers'' expectations are exceededAssisting the Workshop team in resolving any customer-related concernsProcessing payments of cash, cheque, and Eftpos dailySkills and experienceStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Automotive industry experience highly regarded but not essentialBasic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple repair orders daily.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training.BenefitsOpportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.Competitive salary with potential for performance-based bonuses.Supportive team culture and professional development opportunities.Regular working hours with a healthy work-life balance.Opportunity to grow your career within the company, regardless of your background.How to ApplyIf you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.Not the job you are after?
