About the Role: As Operations Coordinator, you will support projects by working across departments such as HR, Finance, HSE, and site teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance and workforce coverage, and overseeing equipment logistics. Workforce Planning & Rostering: Monitor resource availability, manage rosters for leave, shift changes, and site priorities, and handle ongoing and shutdown schedules. Personnel & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain communication with stakeholders, site teams, and clients; support performance monitoring, training, PPE, and leave coverage. Systems & Compliance: Use mobilisation and project systems to track qualifications and workforce data; ensure site/client requirements are met and escalate issues when necessary. Timesheets & Payroll: Review and process timesheets accurately; maintain records and generate reports. Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support their implementation based on feedback. Day-to-Day Duties: Manage rosters, maintain documentation, track qualifications, and support site readiness and visits. Additional Duties: Support mobilisation processes, operational tasks, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
