Under your leadership you will help drive a positive outcome for children across the early childhood education and care (ECEC) sector.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeApproving investigation reports regarding breaches of legislation and risks to children in education and care services and approving the issue of proportionate and risk based compliance actionsSupporting and attending court proceedingsContributing to the development investigative policies to ensure consistency and transparency.Implementing enforcement actions, including issuing compliance notices and identifying prohibited persons.Managing and escalating high-risk and contentious issues promptly and sensitively.Delivering training programs to build staff investigative capabilities.Review and approve evidence-based reports, submissions and correspondences in a timely manner according to operational and regulatory requirementsFor further information please click here to view the role descriptionAbout YouYou bring a wealth of knowledge and experience managing complex investigations in a regulatory or law enforcement.
