This mission applies not only to our customers - but also to our employees, suppliers and business partners.Reporting to the Senior Dealer Principal, we are looking for an experienced, tertiary qualified & highly motivated digital marketing star to join our dynamic team working across 7 brands. This is your chance to be a part of building a new digital retail experience within the automotive industry.Responsibilities will include:Executing social media strategy - creating, scheduling and managing consistent content across our various Social Media accounts, identifying new content opportunities to grow social channels, support marketing goals and drive engagementMonitor, analyse and implement current social and digital trends to create brand awareness while remaining relevant and engaging and develop new strategies on additional platforms if suitable.Full website design and digital graphic design for new websites and campaigns.Creating strategic and effective marketing plans.Communicating directly with OEMs and maintaining excellent relationships with all OEMs.Liaising with influencers, bloggers and collaborating businesseswhere needed.Developing plans for the organisation, promotion and execution of dealership events and activationsMeasure, analyse and report on campaign and social media performance and present findings and recommendations each month for improvementDesigning EDM & managing digital databases and producing reports on each.Understanding of budgets and managing invoices (i.e. for co-op, digital budget overviews, etc)Skills & ExperienceYou will be tertiary qualified with either Marketing or relevant qualifications.You have a minimum of 5 years Marketing and/or Agency experience in a high volume and fast paced environment.Automotive experience will be highly regarded (either Dealership or Manufacturer)You must have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrate initiative and be comfortable with working autonomouslyYou must have excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail.Demonstrated experience with Website Design, EDMs and lead generation.You are a team player with the ability to adapt quickly and excel in your role and be willing to go above and beyond to assist others to work towards the business goals and mission.You are comfortable with all marketing disciplines including working closely with creative, design, digital & media agencies to develop outstanding advertising creative and media programs.Strong understanding of the digital landscape and the levers required to build strong and consistent lead generation.Strong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Canva skills.You are confident, a good presenter and can maintain strong workflow across multiple sites of the business.A passion to be constantly learning and embracing new digital platforms, trends and technologies.In return you will be offered:A competitive remuneration package to commensurate experience.Rare opportunity to work with various automotive brands and deal directly with OEMs.People-first culture with opportunities to grow.You will be joining a national company with a clear and defined career path for those who want to progress themselves to the next level.Our staff and their families enjoy access to benefits such as discounts on vehicles, finance and servicing, discounted health insurance and access to our Employee Assistance Program.If youve been looking for that long term opportunity to be part of a high performing business that looks after its people the way it should, then do not hesitate to make a confidential application by including a cover letter and resume.Please note only successful applicants will be contacted.Autopactis an equal opportunity employer that offers excellent working conditions, benefits and the opportunity to join a business that provides a friendly and supportive working team environment.WE MAKE MOVING TO AND LIVING IN AUSTRALIA EASY. #J-18808-Ljbffr
