Were all about building a high-performing team, where we embrace collaboration and new ways of thinking.Due to our continued growth and increasing client base, we are seeking expressions of interest to work in a dual role as a Case Manager and RTW Coordinator.Working within our Claims Consulting team, day to day you will be:Providing quality case management within the Australian jurisdictions for Workers CompensationSupporting people to recover and RTW and pre-injury activities for both work related and non work related injuriesWorking to implement return to work plans in the workplaces, supporting workers as they recover at workAssisting employers to meet their obligations as required under Workers Compensation legislationLiaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.The Position:This is a unique dual role working as a Senior Case Manager in the Self Insurance industry whilst also managing RTW cases across a range of clientsCasual position initially is preferred with the view to transition into a permanent part time/full time position as the position and demand growsNSW based candidate preferred, however interstate applications are welcome if application has both skill sets of RTW and case managementFlexibility with hours and working from home, however able to complete onsite work as requestedWorking in a team of skilled professionals in all things return to work and case management.About You:Mandatory: minimum 5 years case management experience in NSW schemeExperience working within self-insurance (highly regarded)RTW coordination experienceUnderstand the day to day requirements of application of benefits and Claims Management including calculating PIAWE, drafting disputes, applying the reasonable and necessary test to medical treatment, Injury Management Planning and legal proceedingsA current Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Excellent time management skillsIndependent working with ability to fit into multiple different work scenarios and clientsStrong communication skills both written and verbalStrong attention to detail, critical thinking & problem solvingA sense of urgency in day to day activitiesHonesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach.Why Procare?Combination of work from home and onsite work as requestedAccess to our external employee assistance programEquipment provided including laptop and iPhoneA thorough induction programOur commitment to your work-life balance combined with a genuine and friendly working cultureFlexible working options including working from home regularlyRegular staff celebrations, charity involvement and awards eventsOngoing opportunities for career progression across a successful and growing business.Day to day you will be:Working across both case management and RTW casesWorking to implement both Case Management legislative requirements and return to work plans in the workplace, supporting workers as they recover at workAssisting employers to meet their obligations as required under Workers Compensation legislationLiaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.If you would like an exciting new opportunity, have the drive to succeed and take pride in providing a high quality service, this would be a fantastic opportunity for you!For more information, check out our website www.procaregroup.com.au or contact our careers team careers@procaregroup.com.au.Send in your application via the link with your CV and cover letter.
