Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager, and as an integral member of the Site Engineering and Maintenance team, the primary purpose of the role is to ensure the Electrical team provides a service to the Cool Off business to maintain production efficiencies and develop solutions to improve processes.All WHS and Compliance requirements must be recognized and followed in any works carried out by you and your team to ensure high standards are maintained and promoted positively.In conjunction with the Maintenance Leading Hand and Maintenance Team, work plans are developed and scheduled considering site production requirements, equipment performance, and labour availability.Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing the completion of Electrical Maintenance works, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on time, meeting industry and Cool Offs quality and safety standards.Tracking and reporting monthly KPIs on preventative and reactive maintenance using the sites computerised maintenance management system (CMMS), including labour utilisation, unplanned downtime, and budget management.Collaborating with the Production Team to develop and enhance equipment process performance.Managing external contractors as needed.Leading employees, assigning duties, providing guidance, ensuring work quality, monitoring performance, planning tasks, estimating timelines, and meeting deadlines.Skills, knowledge, and experience requirements:Trade qualification with manufacturing experience.Experience leading a maintenance team (desired).Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems, with experience in developing and implementing site maintenance strategies.Broad understanding of Electrical systems.Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and proactive leadership style.Experience building collaborative teams and coaching them to achieve manufacturing excellence targets.What we offer:Opportunities for career growth and development.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesFood and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
