You will collaborate across the business to drive critical decisions, work closely with functional teams, and promote a unified team approach. Building relationships internally and externally to achieve business outcomes and maintain alignment will be key success factors. This position offers an opportunity to progress into a leadership role, with a focus on sales management. Experience in managing and developing sales teams is essential. Requirements Relationship/Stakeholder Management: Setting and measuring KPIs, facilitating collaboration, demonstrating leadership, decision-making, supporting sales teams, identifying knowledge gaps, and driving partner QBRs. Operations: Ensuring alignment between teams, supporting annual planning, recommending efficiencies, and planning for growth. Business Strategy: Understanding vendor offerings, adoption of new solutions, pipeline management, strategic reporting, gap analysis, and strategic reviews with senior management. Key Candidate Requirements: Experience with cybersecurity distributors, executing growth strategies, vendor knowledge, understanding of GTM models, negotiation skills, stakeholder trust, and strong presentation capabilities.
