This role will be a key member of Okanes Human Resources Business Unit, providing working knowledge and support in all aspects of HR. This fulltime role will be out of our Brisbane office.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesAdminister day-to-day HR operations and support the implementation of Oceania HR initiatives.Lead Oceania full cycle recruitment including onboarding and offboarding.Lead employee relations matters including performance management and conflict resolution support.Maintain HRIS, LMS records to ensure compliance and accuracy.Assist with training and development programs.Be the go-to for personnel inquiries, support and questions for Oceania team.Implement retention and engagement tactics.Research, advise and develop HR policies that are in alignment with local compliance requirements and Okanes vision.Support annual market review research and provide recommendations to Management.Actively participate to company DEI committee and social committees.Act as key member of Reconciliation Action Plan for Oceania.Must integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into every aspect of their work.
