If you are passionate about fashion and pop culture and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Officer to join our AU Finance team. Reporting directly to our Assistant Controller (US) and indirectly to our Accounting Manager (AU), this role is vital in maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of our global finance operations.If you enjoy working in a dynamic, supportive environment and pay close attention to detail, this role is perfect for you. Join a progressive and fun team that values initiative, celebrates success, and encourages career growth.Key ResponsibilitiesReconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesProcess supplier and vendor chargebacks, corporate card, and credit card reimbursementsAssist in Accounts Payable for global operational, influencer, and model paymentsPerform weekly bank reconciliations (AUD & USD)Manage vendor/influencer onboarding and supplier setup with proper verificationSupport month-end close, including credit card subledger management and reportingProvide documentation and support for audits and SOX complianceAct as the main contact for expense reimbursements and provide training/support to internal teamsSkills and ExperienceHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsProven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting roleExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across departments and with suppliersSolid understanding of accounting processes, including ATO invoice complianceStrong integrity and respect for confidentiality when handling sensitive informationAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with bank reconciliations and global finance operations is a plusWe recognize that giving 100% every day requires us to offer an incredible opportunity:Competitive salary packageFlexible working arrangementsAccess to top-tier parental leave and family planning programsExceptional employee discount programA beautifully renovated office in Burleigh HeadsCollaborative team environment focused on excellenceStaff social activitiesMonthly birthday celebrationsBeyond tangible benefits, Princess Polly offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact on a global business.Princess Polly is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
