I am working with a client based in Perth in their search for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead a high-profile compliance and enterprise agreements project. The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a major compliance initiative and enterprise agreement implementations. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, strong leadership skills, the ability to manage complex timelines, and a results-driven approach to get the job done.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, and delivery of compliance and enterprise agreement projects.Work closely with the Program Director and collaborate with internal teams including Finance, HR, and Board Members to ensure contractual and regulatory alignment.Monitor risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project governance standards.Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.Drive process improvements and ensure successful project integration into business operations.About YouProven experience managing complex projects preferably with exposure to compliance, regulatory or enterprise agreement environments.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.Familiarity with project management methodologies, both Waterfall and Agile.Healthcare experience is not essential, but a similar background would be an advantage.BenefitsFlexible working arrangements including hybrid work-from-home options.Supportive and collaborative team culture.Access to a generous benefits package including additional leave entitlements, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
