As a Point-of-Sale (POS) Supervisor, you will oversee POS operations, lead by example, and guide your team to deliver a fast, efficient shopping experience and foster a lasting positive connection to our brand. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading by example and providing exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. Processing sales, refunds, and exchanges as the lead POS operator. Being the first point of contact for customer queries via phone. Ensuring compliance with all transaction and cash handling procedures. Supporting the management team by training and coaching the POS team on processes and customer service. Assisting store management in achieving sales targets and budgets. WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR Minimum of 2 years'' experience in retail or a similar industry. Passion for creating an outstanding customer service experience. Cash handling and tender management experience preferred. Ability to make decisions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving and exceeding KPIs. Strong communication skills, both effective and professional. Excellent time management skills to prioritize daily tasks. WHAT''S IN IT FOR YOU?
