About The Role As a Business Analyst in the Complaint Uplift Program, you will be accountable for working with key project stakeholders to analyse and synthesise information, understand the organisational context, and elicit, document, manage, and trace requirements throughout the program. You will undertake analysis activities such as testing, process mapping, and change transition. Working alongside teams in Customer Resolutions, Data Portfolio, ANZ Plus, Assurance, as well as support partners in Risk, Technology, and Operations, the Business Analyst plays an integral role in ensuring the success of the Complaint Uplift Program. This role is crucial for capturing, understanding, and agreeing on the changes needed to implement the program. It requires a good understanding of the ANZ Delivery Framework, regulatory requirements for complaints management, policies, and related regulations concerning product management, lending, collections, and hardship. Role Details Type: 12-Month Fixed Term, multiple roles available. Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 Schedule: Full Time (40 hrs/week) What will your day look like? As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Understanding business problems and impacts of solutions. Engaging with stakeholders for insights. Choosing appropriate analysis delivery methods. Documenting scope, requirements, risks, and benefits. Leading or contributing to requirements traceability. Translating business objectives into requirements. Recommending design improvements. Conducting research to uncover insights and opportunities. Supporting scope and cost management. Managing stakeholder expectations. Identifying risks early in the project. What will you bring? To succeed, you should have: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or related role. Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Signavio, MS Office. Strong requirements gathering skills. Understanding of project management lifecycles. Experience with mid-large projects of varying complexity. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Stakeholder engagement experience up to senior levels. Exposure to Business Case development. Having most of these skills is sufficient; a growth mindset is valued at ANZ. Why join us?
