You will be a hands-on leader, responsible for managing the shift-to-shift operations and performance of the factory, with a team of up to 8. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of extrusion lines and production areas, achieving quality outputs and products that meet all standards and customer expectations.What will you do?Work a 12-hour continuous shift-based roster (night/day), with set rotations over a 28-day roster cycleLead and develop the health and safety culture for the teamProvide leadership and supervision for the team on shiftEngage and motivate the team and work with them to solve issuesSupport operators and play a key role in their learning, development, and competency across production KPIs, continuous improvement, safety, and quality practicesAbout YouLeadership experience managing small/medium teams in FMCG/industrial operationsMechanical aptitude and enjoy working hands-onAbility to prioritize with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvementEffective communication and teamwork skillsResults-oriented with good time managementCollaborative and adaptable attitudeHigh Risk Work licence (Forklift) and own transportWhy join us?
