Position Summary The Manager of Maintenance will oversee maintenance operations for a portfolio of 500+ units, including LIHTC, HUD, NSPIRE, and other programs. Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, supervising staff, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with standards. Occasional travel may be required. Key Responsibilities Complete work orders and ensure proper building upkeep. Perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) as needed. Support unit turnovers and routine maintenance. Ensure safety and compliance through inspections. Manage vendor relationships and regulatory documentation. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules. Prepare units for inspections and maintain certifications. Coordinate with property management on maintenance projects. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years in maintenance, 2 in supervision, with experience in LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 properties. Technical skills in building systems; certifications in HVAC, EPA, etc. are a plus.
