About the Role We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead our Home Division services in Toowoomba. You will oversee operations, team leadership, and management, guiding your teams to support clients according to their NDIS plans and goals. This role involves managing daily client and staff activities within a portfolio of residential home services and serving as a key leader in our Toowoomba team. Qualifications and Experience Bachelors qualification in Human Services or a related field. Experience in disability support services and large team management. Knowledge of the NDIS Standards, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, and organizational structures. At least 2 years of experience managing diverse teams. Hands-on support worker experience and knowledge of the local area are advantageous. Willingness to travel across Toowoomba and work at various residential sites. Valid Drivers License with comprehensive insurance. Willingness to obtain or hold Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), and Criminal History Check. Key Responsibilities Implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability through Endeavour Foundations services. Support and guide staff in resolving escalations and concerns from families, carers, and advocates. Develop and retain a qualified, person-centered, and inclusive workforce. Build the portfolio as a centre of excellence in disability accommodation services. Promote innovative, integrated approaches to improve service quality and streamline processes. What You Will Bring Bachelors degree in Human Services or a related field. Understanding of the National Standards for Disability Services and related frameworks. Proven experience managing diverse teams and site-based services in the disability sector. Excellent communication skills, including in emergency situations.
