Job DescriptionPosition: Project CoordinatorSalary: $18.00 - $22.00/hr, paid holidays, PTO, IRA matching, 50% health insurance, among other benefits!As a Paul Davis Restoration Project Coordinator, you will be tasked with professionally and compassionately helping property owners recover after events like floods, fires, or other disasters.You will work alongside our Restoration Project Managers, assisting with communication with property owners, staff, material providers, and subcontractors. Your responsibilities include project scheduling, follow-up, and managing paperwork flow.Position OverviewThe Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager by coordinating restoration project activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project progression from start to finish through clear communication. The role requires managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and challenges. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects independently.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain construction files (hard and soft copies)Schedule subcontractors and follow workflow progress via phone callsDemonstrate patience and compassion with customersDeliver necessary paperwork to customers, administrative departments, and tradesHandle complaints professionallyAssist with scheduling from project initiation to completionUphold the principles of honesty and integrityPrepare and edit scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and correspondenceCommunicate with property owners, managers, tenants, and insurance adjustersAct as a liaison between customers and Project Managers to ensure project successAddress questions and concerns throughout the projectSupport the Project Manager with various tasksMaintain awareness of scope details to assist project progressTrack project changes and update schedules accordinglyReview project info and compile schedules promptlyMonitor ongoing project progress and maintain notesSubmit required information to clients as directedReport issues to the Project ManagerAssist with reception relief as neededSupport compliance with TPA requirementsAttend Paul Davis training courses as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or higherAt least 3 years of office-based experienceTyping speed of 40+ WPMProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with office equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to meet deadlines independently and in teamsIntegrity, honesty, responsibility, and team contributionHighly organized with attention to detailKnowledge of Xactimate/XactAnalysis is a plusRestoration or construction experience is a plusBenefits50% health insurance coverageCompany-matched retirement planPaid vacationAdditional Skills & Personal CharacteristicsStrong communication, organizational, and analytical skillsPeople-oriented and team playerProficient with Microsoft OfficeSome construction knowledge is beneficialCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent planning and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently in a busy environmentProfessional demeanor, personable, articulate*Reference checks, drug testing, and background checks requiredJoin the Paul Davis team and BECOME A DIFFERENCE MAKER! #J-18808-Ljbffr
