About The Opportunity Savills Property Consultancy, comprising specialists like researchers, town planners, economists, analysts, and project managers, offers bespoke advice on strategic and statutory planning, property economics, and transaction management. We are seeking an Analyst to join our team, focusing on delivering client work, building relationships, supporting business development, and mentoring junior staff. You will work on financial and economic analyses, modeling, and research, contributing to the growth of our property economics services and collaborating across the broader Savills network. Key Responsibilities Conduct analytical research across property sectors. Liaise with developers, agents, councils, and agencies. Prepare property feasibilities and reports. Participate in market sounding and demand analysis. Undertake due diligence on assets. Assist in managing consultants and developing project plans. Contribute to revenue targets through service delivery and project management. What You Need Minimum 3 years'' experience in property and consulting. Relevant tertiary qualifications. Strong communication skills. Experience with property feasibility and investment models (e.g., Estate Master, Forbury, Excel). Analytical and critical thinking skills.
