This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across Auto & General & our partnerships.You WillSupport the development of the Departments strategic and operational objectives and lead the operational execution of plansLead, motivate, and inspire a large team of Sales Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst fostering a culture of high performance with high integrityDevelop and implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the Sales teams including identifying talent within the team and providing opportunities for growth and developmentProvide support to the Leadership Team to enable Sales Teams to maximise sales aligned to meet and exceed KPI''sMonitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions and drive sales performance by setting ambitious, yet achievable targetsOversee the successful initiation, planning and execution of sales initiatives within the set scope, time, and quality standardsIn collaboration with key stakeholders provide recommendations on reward and incentive programsProactively identify and address emerging trends and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to the planning and implementation of contact centre strategies and operationsEnsure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements as well as identifying and reporting potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risksKnowledge And ExperienceProven track record of success in leading, managing & coaching high-performing sales teams within a contact centre environmentAbility to make informed decisions to support the operational needs of the businessDeep understanding of the general insurance industry, including legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the Financial Services Regulatory environmentExcellent communication skills and able to build strong relationshipsSound judgment skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate information along with high level conceptual, analytical & problem-solving skillsExcellent understanding of People Change Management & high level of Project Management experiencePrior experience with volume recruitment processesOur PerksLocation North Lakes: This role is based at our North Lakes office.
