It takes true insight to move people at the human level in a powerful, lasting way.Because how you move people moves your business for good.ROLE PURPOSEThe Account Executive is accountable for both the seamless operations of client campaigns, whilst assisting the Account Manager in driving excellence in planning. As a valued member of the team, the Account Executive is accountable for driving and enhancing our agency''s culture of Never Standing Still.This role is a hybrid of media planning/account management and media buying/activations across both digital and offline channels - ranging from BVOD, OOH, TV and more.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssists the day-to-day media planning on key accountsUses and evaluates research tools to provide insights and assists on ideation as neededDeliver campaign measurement reports and ensure optimisationConnects with Assistant Brand Manager/Brand Managers to support delivery of communication and serviceUpdates plans with feedback from clientsUpdate and distribute weekly reportsMonitors sales data to measure plan effectiveness flagging issues where appropriateAd hoc reporting and analysis including market updates and thought leadership - researches new market trends to incorporate into planningBuilds and develops media owner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clientsKeeps abreast of new media market opportunities across all channels inclusive of digital to share back with teamAccountable for driving weekly campaign WIPs with team and clientAssists Account Manager to work with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to the client scope of workWHAT YOU''RE LOOKING FORAn encouraging, positive, and collaborative cultureGreater exposure across a wide spread of channels, developing a unique and wholistic experience, across an exciting patch of clients that continue to push boundaries when connecting with audiencesClients who are open to be encouraged and working progressivelyTo fulfil your growth and career development goals in a business large enough to accommodate themWHO YOU AREMinimum 1 year media buying and/or media planning experience at a marketing agency preferredExperience in managing marketing campaigns across digital and/or offline channelsGood knowledge of the media marketplace and be able to identify opportunities that can benefit our clientsStrong written and verbal communication experienceStrong service ethic towards client servicingKnowledgeable using Office tools Excel, PowerPoint and WordExperience in building relationships with media owners/publishersAttention to detail that is second to noneAble to provide solutions and think outside of the boxA collaborative team member who thrives in working with othersA true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple prioritiesStrong organisational experience with a love for being one step aheadHas a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growthPUBLICIS GROUPE BENEFITSBe a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world''s most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
