Backed by decades of heritage and a strong presence globally, the business continues to invest in capability, people and technology to drive long-term growth.Their Western Sydney facility is the largest in the region, employing over 250 team members and producing a broad portfolio of products across multiple manufacturing streams.The OpportunityFollowing a recent structural evolution, an exciting opportunity has emerged for an accomplished Senior Site General Manager to take the reins of this complex manufacturing facility.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of site operations including production, safety, quality, finance, people and culture with full P&L accountability. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will help shape business-wide strategy and drive best-practice performance from the factory floor to the boardroom.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic and hands-on leadership across the full manufacturing operationDrive efficiency, safety, compliance, product quality and financial outcomesBuild and inspire a high-performing, values-led leadership teamChampion continuous improvement and drive a culture of operational excellenceEngage cross-functionally and with key external stakeholders, including customersLead and manage capital investment projects aligned to site growthWhat You Bring:Senior site leadership experience in food, FMCG, or high-volume manufacturingProven success managing large teams and complex operations with full P&L ownershipDeep understanding of quality systems, compliance, WHS and CI/Lean principlesExperience managing unionised environments and navigating enterprise agreementsExceptional commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsA genuine passion for leading people and cultivating positive cultureWhats on Offer:A high-impact leadership role with national and regional influenceA fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with strong organisational backingCompetitive remuneration package and long-term career opportunitiesA collaborative, people-focused workplace where your leadership will be valuedReady to lead a flagship site and make your mark in the food manufacturing industry?
