Were a team of dedicated professionals, whose willingness to think creatively positions us ahead of the pack.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant / Paralegal to join our growing Personal Injury team at our Perth CBD office on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 5:00 pm.The role involves providing chargeable and non-chargeable support to our legal teams, primarily assisting with workers'' compensation claims and other personal injury matters.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Providing high-quality, compassionate service to clients through verbal and written communication.Communicating professionally with medical providers, insurers, and third parties.Preparing documents and correspondence with attention to detail.Preparing schedules of expenses.Performing general administrative duties.Scanning and saving documents as needed.Arranging couriers.Sitting at the reception desk and handling overflow calls.Upholding the firm''s core values and standards.Contributing to a positive external profile and fostering strong internal relationships.Experience and Capability RequirementsThe ideal candidate is hardworking, with a desire to achieve great outcomes for clients.
