Position can be remote, primarily during Eastern Time Zone hours. Summary The Technology Implementation Specialist I leads the deployment of technology solutions for Covetrus customers, managing software updates, product specialties, and supporting implementation projects. The role impacts company results by managing timelines, coordinating with teams, and ensuring customer expectations are met. You will leverage organizational and communication skills to partner with customers and internal departments such as Billing, PIMS Training/Onboarding, Customer Success, and Sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan, implement, configure, and deliver customer technology solutions within expected timeframes. Lead implementation-related customer engagements from project start to completion. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with customers and teams. Develop and update project plans to ensure successful implementation. Manage customer expectations and communicate progress and issues. Escalate obstacles and risks promptly, advocating for resolution. Collaborate with internal and third-party teams to execute project tasks. Partner with account team members as needed. Drive problem resolution and follow SOPs for successful implementation. Transition customers into post-implementation support. Provide technical configurations and onboarding. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent experience in project management, service delivery, or customer support. At least 2 years of experience in service delivery, customer support, or technology implementation. Veterinary industry experience preferred. Experience in technical fields or contact centers is desirable. Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills, both virtual and in-person. Ability to learn and simplify complex technical information. Attention to detail and effective time management. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects. Experience leading virtual and in-person meetings. Customer-focused problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM and cloud applications is a plus. Professionalism and confidentiality. Physical Demands & Work Environment Travel may be required. Occasional after-hours work to support different time zones.
