Inspired by the modern bohemian, our collections are made for those who dare to stand out.Were on the lookout for a passionate Design and Production Manager to join our creative team. This is a unique opportunity to support the development of our bold designs from concept to creationhelping bring each print, silhouette, and fabric story to life. This role will be full-time, hours negotiable.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Packs & Specifications: Create and maintain detailed and accurate technical packs, including visual POMs. Ensure all garments meet specifications from sampling through to production.Fit Sessions & Quality Control: Lead fit sessions with the design team to ensure that the quality, fit, and finish of garments are of the highest standard. Communicate fit comments and adjustments clearly to suppliers to ensure precision in production.Production Coordination & Critical Path: Manage and monitor the teams progress on the critical path timeline to ensure all deadlines are met. Liaise with offshore suppliers to address any sampling/production issues or discrepancies.Costing & Negotiations: Obtain and prepare SMS and bulk costings from manufacturers. Negotiate with suppliers to achieve target margins while maintaining product quality.RequirementsTechnical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of fit and garment construction.Skills & Experience: Proven experience in design and production management, with a keen eye for detail. Strong proficiency in Excel and Adobe Illustrator. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to clearly communicate with suppliers, designers, and production teams.Personal Attributes: Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
