With a focus on serving regional, rural, and farming families, we pride ourselves on providing expert legal advice tailored to the unique needs of our community.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, advising them on succession and estate planning, drafting wills, and handling estate administration. Your expertise will also extend to specialised trust law matters and providing legal support for commercial and rural property transactions.Perth practitioners are encouraged to apply, as this part time role will predominantly be a work from home arrangement. The role will require you to travel to Albany occasionally to take part in client meetings and team building.We are looking for a personable and approachable lawyer who can communicate effectively and build lasting relationships with clients. Strong skills in negotiation and client management are essential, as is the ability to educate clients about their legal and business options.
