Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Creation Hub, you will be instrumental in driving marketing strategies focused on building a robust pipeline and contributing directly to revenue goals for this key product offering.As the Demand Creation Campaigns Senior Marketing Manager for Twilio''s CPaaS portfolio, you will design, scale, and execute demand creation activities. You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Sub-Regional Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to leverage global and regional GTM programs, adapting and innovating to drive pipeline creation and engagement. Your primary focus will be on driving demand creation strategies for our Twilio CPaaS offering to meet growth targets across APJ.The challengeIn this role, you will be a key driver of go-to-market efforts for Twilio CPaaS, acting as a crucial link between product strategy and marketing and sales organizations. You will influence Twilio''s success by collaborating with Sub-Regional Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and sales leadership to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads (ToFU & MoFU) from targeted demand generation campaigns.As a growth-oriented SME, you should possess creative and analytical thinking skills, be an effective communicator, and have organizational prowess to manage multiple projects aimed at generating demand and encouraging initial adoption of Twilio CPaaS.Your responsibilities include executing, managing, and tracking demand generation programs such as digital campaigns, webinars, content syndication, partner marketing, and outbound prospectingall centered on raising awareness and generating interest in Twilio CPaaS.Responsibilities:Develop and manage targeted demand generation and lead acceleration programs for Twilio CPaaS, including digital campaigns, webinars, content syndication, and partner initiatives.Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to ensure effective translation of GTM strategies into regional activities.Use data insights to prioritize target audiences, optimize tactics, and align marketing activities with the Twilio CPaaS value proposition.Contribute to regional growth marketing plans, providing input on marketing technology and digital localization efforts, always representing regional customer needs.Optimize demand activities like lead nurture programs, paid media, digital events, account-based marketing, and outbound campaigns.Identify and implement strategies to improve demand generation effectiveness, focusing on targeted lead acquisition for named accounts and self-serve channels.Work closely with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality leads, monitor campaign performance, and report on results.Serve as the regional demand generation contact, gathering feedback to refine strategies and improve lead quality.What you need to succeed:4-8 years of experience in B2B demand or growth marketing, particularly in SaaS technology.Proven success in designing and executing demand campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate opportunities.Strong collaboration skills across global, regional, and local teams.Experience with digital marketing, webinars, content syndication, and lead generation activities.Analytical skills to interpret demand metrics and optimize strategies.Ability to lead projects from conception to execution.Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), measurement tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).Familiarity with Twilio CPaaS or similar platforms is a plus.Effective cross-team communication and willingness to travel as needed.Business-level fluency in English.Cultural Attributes:As the Demand Creation Campaigns Senior Marketing Manager for APJ, you will embody Twilios values:EMPOWER OTHERS: Support and build your team with guidance and resources.BE AN OWNER: Lead and expand regional demand creation efforts.BE INCLUSIVE: Collaborate with leadership to maximize marketing ROI.RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Focus on regional needs and strategic campaigns.NO SHENANIGANS: Ensure trustworthy reporting and address gaps proactively.WEAR THE CUSTOMER''S SHOES: Advocate for local customers through quality content and digital experiences.DONT SETTLE: Continuously seek improvements and build a lasting legacy team.QualificationsWe value diverse experiences and encourage all qualified applicants to apply, regardless of traditional career paths or experience levels.
