The opportunity based at our South Melbourne Support Office... Financially model space, sales and profit implications for all significant space allocation changes, including clear recommendations. Provide accurate and timely floorplans for all assigned projects collaborating with Retail Operations to ensure compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of scenario model strategies which maximises GMROF: including demographic, cluster, live hub, small / large format models. Undertake review of store performance, including recommendations post store openings and refits. Work closely with the Store Design team to recommend and review relevant project fixture plans, ensuring layout is based on data insights and the correct space has been allocated. Assist Senior Macro Space planner and Macro planning Manager in the analysis of major space optimisation projects, ensuring most efficient use of store footprint is captured. If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you! Demonstrated experience or thorough understanding of Spaceman, CAD or similar programs. Ability to influence others through your excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Demonstrated understanding of the implementation of business strategy and change. Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities. Experience and/or understanding of Spaceman, Blue Yonder or a similar program (Highly desirable).
