Our world class programming will allow participants to build their network, understand our business, obtain a global mindset and acquire new skills, on their journey to becoming the next generation of Visa leaders.Through experiencing four six-month rotational assignments across the breadth of our business over the two-year program, our VLA graduates will be able to hone their business acumen while making a direct impact to Visas business.Program HighlightsBusiness Insight: Rotational assignments span key areas of Visas business (e.g. Consulting, Product, Value Added Services etc.) and VLA graduates will gain valuable skills and experiences that are aligned with their career goals and growth areas.Training & Development: Curated training courses in varied learning formats will be offered to expand business and industry knowledge and develop professional and technical skills.Networking Opportunities: Meaningful exposure to Visa leaders and subject matter experts will enable VLA graduates to broaden their perspectives and think more strategically.Career Progression: VLA graduates will have diverse opportunities for career progression after program completion.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:Currently in the final year of an accredited Bachelors degree program, OR have graduated from university no earlier than February 2025.Available to join full-time when the program commences in February 2026, in Sydney.Permanent authorization to work in Australia is a precondition of employment as Visa will not sponsor applicants for work visas in connection with this program.Preferred QualificationsAll majors are welcome to applyStrong leadership potential demonstrated through professional, academic, extra-curricular or volunteer experiencesProfessional maturity with a strong work ethicOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical/numerical abilitiesIntellectual curiosity with a keen appetite for learningResourceful with proven problem-solving capabilitiesFlexible and adaptable to changing business needsCollaborative team player with the ability to work with people from diverse backgroundsAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
