THE ROLEThe Administration Officer is a position in some Orange Door sites. The role involves managing day-to-day administration for the Hubs, providing secretariat and support functions. It supports service access and the workforce, serving as a point of contact for stakeholders from diverse partner agencies, government, private, and public sectors.Success in this role relies on attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively.Accountabilities IncludeAssist with administrative processes and information systems such as the Client Relationship Management system, fleet administration, room bookings, and logistical planning.Maintain accurate reports and records of financial information and assets, and perform financial administration duties with approval.Support administrative processes related to stakeholder correspondence with FSV, DFFH, and partner agency staff, including answering queries, providing timely advice, and undertaking follow-up actions.How To ApplyPlease open the position description to read more.Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
